项目组主任:孙庚

生态恢复与生态保护项目组

  项目组由研究员2人,副研究员4人,助理研究员2人以及博士后、博士生、硕士生和科研助理20余人组成,主要从事长江上游生态恢复与生态保护研究。近年来,承担重点研发计划项目,第二次青藏高原科学考察专项,中科院战略先导专项,国家自然科学基金面上项目等10余项。近五年来,代表性论文70余篇,申报专利4项,获批规程3项,获得省部级奖励9项。

    

  孙庚,项目组长,研究员、博士生导师,现任中国科学院成都生物研究所生物多样性与生态系统服务领域副主任、中国科学院山地生态恢复与生物资源利用重点实验室副主任、生态系统恢复和生物多样性保育四川省重点实验室副主任。主要研究方向为高寒草地生物地球化学循环、沙化草地生态恢复过程与机制、九-黄世界自然遗产地生态恢复与保护。 

  主要研究成果:针对全球变化背景下高寒生态系统关键过程变化与生态恢复重大科技问题,系统揭示了高寒脆弱生态系统对气候变化、放牧干扰、草地管理的响应过程与机制,研发和集成了川西高寒草地和岷江上游林草交错带生态恢复关键技术体系。以九寨沟及其姐妹自然遗产地生态保育为主题开展国际合作研究,推动建立了目前我国唯一的以生态保护为主题的国家级一带一路联合实验室。主持九寨沟震后恢复与保护研究等重大项目,从地质、水循环和生态变化以及生态恢复技术等方面开展研究,为九寨沟恢复重建提供了重要的理论和技术支撑以及示范样板。承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中科院战略先导以及政府间国际科技合作等项目10余项,以第一和通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,其中5篇代表作影响因子超过30,获得四川省科技进步二等奖2次。 

    

    

  包维楷,研究员、博士生导师19927月起一直在中科院成都生物所研究所从事西南山地生态恢复与多样性保育基础理论与技术方法研究。 

  主要研究成果:主要聚焦全球多样性热点以及事关国家生态安全的关键地区——长江上游、青藏高原东部山区,围绕山地生态功能恢复与生物多样性保护,开展人为干扰(采伐、造林、旅游、放牧、植被经营管理等)活动的生态与多样性效应、山地植被恢复重建理论与技术方法、植被恢复生态学过程及其机制、珍稀濒危与资源植物保育生态学、苔藓植物生态学、土壤生态恢复过程与机制等研究。成立以来,研究组取得了一些研究成果,积累了大量宝贵的长期监测研究资料,发表过230多篇科学论文,参编专著10部。为我国山区植被恢复与生物多样性保护以及森林可持续经营提供了重要的理论依据与有效技术体系,丰富和发展了山地植被恢复与生物多样性保护知识。 

    

    

  李芳兰,副研究员,硕士生导师。20077月至今一直在中国科学院成都生物研究所从事干旱环境中植物功能性状、干旱河谷植被恢复与重建研究。 

    

    

    

    

  戴强,副研究员,硕士生导师。研究方向主要是动物生态学和保护生物学。 

  主要研究成果:在大熊猫保护生物学研究方面,研发了《大熊猫种群数量估算系统》,估算出大熊猫最小栖息地需求面积,规划的14条廊道被《四川省大熊猫廊道总体规划》采纳,主持开发了《大熊猫重点区域动态监测数据与自动报告系统——PandaGo》软件平台。此外,在若尔盖湿地开展了公路对野生动物影响研究,目前正在开展道路对大熊猫的影响研究。2017年获四川省科技进步一等奖(排名第三),2015年获四川省科技进步二等奖(排名第五)。 

    

    

  彭幼红,副研究员。研究方向为功能生态、进化生态。 

  主要研究成果2006年博士毕业于中科院成都生物所植物学专业,同年留所工作至今。主持国家自然科学基金,中科院重要方向性项目子课题,中科院先导科技专项子课题和四川省重点研发项目等。在生态学权威期刊Journal of Ecology, Functional Ecology, Ecology, Annals of Botany等杂志上发表论文20余篇。获得中国生态系统研究网络青年优秀学术论文奖(2010年)。 

    

    

  类延宝,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事植物生态生理及全球变化与根际生态学研究。 

  主要研究成果:致力于西南亚高山生态系统对全球变化的响应与适应研究,以外来植物入侵和典型冰川退缩形成的植被演替为研究对象,基于生态系统种间相互关系和CNP生物地球化学循环,在个体水平、群落水平和生态系统水平上耦合地上-地下生态过程,聚焦性别间、物种间对环境变化的响应差异,土壤微食物网营养级联调控的群落构建机制,以及生态系统多功能性演变规律与驱动因素,为协同修复退化生态系统和优化提升生态系统服务功能提供理论指导。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项,发表SCI论文近20篇,包括PNAS (第二作者)Soil Biology and BiochemistryAgriculture and Forest Meteorology等土壤学和农林学Top期刊。
